The main disadvantage of a wooden house is people's opinion, generated by many, often incorrect opinion and rumours. Some people even say that these houses do not last. We do not agree.

A properly built and maintained wood frame house has outlasted many traditional brick and mortar buildings - look around you and see how many traditional houses with over 50 years are ready to be knocked down. In Spain, as in Poland, there is no tradition of living in wooden houses but in countries where this construction system has been used for hundreds of years, many houses, several hundred years old are still in perfect condition. It is also not true that wooden structures are more fragile, on the contrary! Wood frame houses are much more resistant to dynamic loads than traditional ones.
