Details of house being built:	180 square meters on 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, study, large open living and dining room as well as large kitchen and private swimming pool.
Date starting of building:	October 2005.

Location of the plot and nearby services:
	This plot is ideally located; 20 km from Alcalá de Henares and 25 km from the historic city of Guadalajara Capital. Each a city of over 200.000 inhabitants and with all possible services you may require. Between these two cities, and therefore only about 20 km from the plot there is a Media Markt, Boulanger, Leroy Merlin, El Corte Ingles, Carrefour, Hotel IBIS and a Hotel AC.
There is a gas station in the next village, where there is also a school, doctor, emergency and some small shops. As you see, all the services you need are close at hand.
