A house of up to 100m² can be delivered ready to move into (considering all licenses are in order) in three months. A house of up to 200m² in 5 months. We implement the newest technologies, which allows you to minimize the maintenance of your wooden house. Our wooden houses have a termic conductivity (k) which is less than 0.28W/m²K. To obtain this level of insulation in a normal construction, you would need solid brick walls of 50cm. All materials we use are ecological and of renewable sources. [top]

FIRE NORMATIVES AND LEGISLATION IN A WOODEN HOUSE.
Fire resistance in a wooden house is no less than that of a traditional house. All interior surfaces are treated with fire resistant drywall which assures 1/2 H of protection to the structure. This provides sufficient time to leave any house and is in accordance with the fire legislation. The wood itself is also treated with both mechanical and chemical processes. The wood we use is carefully selected and even within the structure a anti fire system is used (called Fire-stops). These steps limit the risk of fire but you have to be conscious that the most dangerous in a fire is not the structure but the inflamable articles in the house such as furniture and decoration.
